Buyers-------> "BEWARE" Groupn.com is HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!! - 28' 18k Gold Chain Necklace via 3rd Party Vendor

I recently purchased some articles of Jewelry from Groupon.com which summed up a total of over $100. The orders were processed the next day. Groupon.com said the order could take up to 7-14 days to ship. Two of the orders were shipped in less than 10 days via a 3rd party vendor but the last item was still in the processing stage after almost two weeks. So I contacted Groupon.com to let them know that the order still hasn't processed or wasn't even in preparation to be shipped. They informed me that though I purchased the item off of Groupon.com, the item was shipped by a 3rd party vendor and that I had to consult with them for any reimbursement or such. I was then directed to their support site which was linked to the 3rd party vendor in which I was given only one method of contact which was to email a summary of my issue in order to receive a response within 48hrs. Immediately I was displeased that I had to contact a company whom Groupon.com outsourced in order to receive a refund. I contacted the vendor and explained the scenario to which the vendor denied my request for a refund immediately without doing any research or anything. I was livid! The order was not shipped to me and I was denied a refund for the articles I did not receive. Once again, I contacted Groupon.com in displeasure to explain how I was unsatisfied with the resolution of my situation. Groupon.com stated to me that since the vendor denied my request there was no other options for me to be reimbursed. I continued to express my dissatisfaction only for the customer service agent to ask me "Well, Do you want to close the account so you won't have to deal with us" ? I was appalled! I agree to the request to close my account & the call was immediately disconnected, shortly after I received a email that my account was closed. Can you say Customer Service? Not to mention that everyone I spoke to via the Groupon.com support line was from another country and had such a strong accent that it was very hard to understand the information they were providing. The statement above brings me to this final question why is Groupon.com which was founded in America only outsourcing foreign countries for their customer service departments? Why not bring those jobs back to American? #MakeAmericaGreatAgain I will never support Groupon.com Again.
